Moisture content is an important factor in cashew processing plant. If the moisture content is high, it will lead to poor quality of cashew kernels.
In the production process, if the moisture content exceeds 12% then it will cause a lot of damage to the cashews such as discoloration, molding and roasting defects.
Cashew moisture meter is a device that is used to measure the moisture content of cashews
This instrument can measure the moisture content of many kinds of cashew grain, seeds, and other products. Using a fixed sample volume allows the weight,temperature, and capacitance (dielectric) of the sample to be measured.
